Dehradun, Nov. 25 -- The Dehradun district administration is planning to commence the distribution of the smart ration cards to all the eligible beneficiaries in the district from December. As informed by the Dehradun district supply officer (DSO), Jaswant Singh Kandari, the chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat had permitted the distribution of the smart ration cards from November 9 in the state. However, the work of printing the smart ration cards is still under process here, so the Dehradun district administration will start the distribution of the cards from the next month, said Kandari.
