India, Sept. 18 -- Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha ON Wednesday said terrorism and naxalism are threats to the nation's development and "completely dismantling" their ecosystem will ensure peace in the country. The Lt Governor attended the "Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan-Healthy Women, Empowered Families" campaign -- a national health initiative launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
