Ranchi, April 28 -- Telangana's Agriculture and Cooperatives cum Handloom Textiles Minister T Nageshwar Rao warmly welcomed Jharkhand's Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Cooperatives Minister Shilpi Neha Tirkey in Hyderabad. During the initial meeting with Agriculture Minister Shilpi Neha Tirkey in Hyderabad, Telangana Agriculture Department Secretary M Raghunandan Rao along with Horticulture Director Sheikh Yasmin Basha were also present.
