Kolkata, April 3 -- Even as Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday claimed in Cooch Behar in North Bengal that Mamata Didi's defeat from Nandigram is certain, the Trinamool Congress vehemently refuted claims that the Chief Minister was preparing to file nomination from some other constituency after having sensed her defeat from Nandigram.

Mamata is contesting against former protege-turned-BJP-nominee Suvendu Adhikari. The high-voltage polling for Nandigram ended on Thursday.
