BOKARO, May 10 -- An interactive session titled "Rubaru" was organized at the Learning and Development Centre of Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL), where Director In-Charge Birendra Kumar Tiwari engaged directly with 40 non-executive employees in an open dialogue.
The program began with a safety pledge led by the Director In-Charge B K Tiwari . Amit Anand, assistant general manager, delivered a presentation highlighting BSL's key initiatives in the field of employee learning and development.
