Dhanbad, March 4 -- MLA Raj Sinha on Monday raised question regarding making police stations and OP effective for common man, appointment of police personnel against vacant posts and improving the policing system to curb rising crime in state in general and Dhanbad in particular besides increasing of police station in proportion to rise in population.
Sinha described the reply given by the government in response to his question as misleading. While speaking in the Assembly on Monday he made the House aware of the actual situation, and said that neither police stations nor OPs have been created as per the standards of the National Police Commission.
