Ranchi, Dec. 25 -- On PESA Day on Tuesday, demand arose for immediate implementation of PESA Law soon in the State. Gram Pradhans from different parts of the State participated in the program organized by Panchayati Raj Department. All of them said unanimously that PESA Law should be implemented in Jharkhand as soon as possible.
The speakers also said that due to non-implementation of PESA Law, villages are not able to develop. Despite the rules being prepared, it has not been implemented yet.
