NEW DELHI, March 23 -- With coronavirus threatening to spread further, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal on Sunday announced complete lockdown of the national Capital starting from 6 am on Monday i.e. March 23 till March 31, 2020.

The Delhi Government imposed a complete ban on public and private transport with the order of sealing borders sharing with the neighbouring States. This has been done to prevent the chain reaction and community spread of the deadly virus.
