New Delhi, July 1 -- In a move to improve environmental oversight and streamline industrial governance, the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) has resumed processing applications for Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) in 25 notified industrial clusters across the Capital, officials said on Monday.
These clusters had been waiting for redevelopment permissions under the Master Plan of Delhi 2021 and had seen a halt in consent procedures since 2023.
