NEW DELHI, Feb. 24 -- With focus to establish communication with the general public, the Delhi Police Week, launched on February 16, ended on Tuesday. The nine 'Jan Sampark Vahaans', during the week moved across the city displaying Delhi Police Heritage, its good works during Covid-19 pandemic & lockdown and various online services available for public.
According to Chinmoy Biswal, the Public Relation Officer (PRO), Delhi Police, a techno-savvy community policing Liaison Police Officer and a lady Public Facilitation Officer (PFO) were deputed at the Vahan to interact with the public and disseminate information about various community policing and citizen centric schemes of Delhi Police.
