India, Nov. 14 -- With the national capital under heightened security, the Delhi Police issued a detailed advisory for passengers and commuters on Thursday. The Delhi Police has urged citizens to plan their travel in advance and cooperate with security personnel at major transport hubs and busy city corridors.
