India, Dec. 20 -- The Delhi Police Academy on Friday conducted a passing-out and oath ceremony for 43 trainee telecom and assistant wireless operators from Delhi Police and Ladakh Police at its Jharoda Kalan campus. The event marked the completion of their specialised training in communication and wireless operations.

The ceremony saw 16 head constables of the Assistant Wireless Operator (AWO) batch from Delhi Police and 27 constables of the Telecom Operator batch from Ladakh Police formally inducted into active service. There are 11 women officials among all trainees inducted into service, reflecting growing female participation in technical policing roles.
