New Delhi, April 12 -- Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena on Friday said the growing participation of women in higher education is a reflection of the changing educational and political landscape of the country as he cited the example of Delhi having women as both the chief minister and the leader of opposition (LoP).
