India, Jan. 7 -- Delhi Police arrested three men for fatally stabbing an 18-year-old and critically injuring his friend in northeast Delhi's Welcome area.

The arrests, made on Tuesday, quickly resolved a case that had alarmed local residents. The victim, Arman (18), was killed late Monday night after being stabbed multiple times during a confrontation near the Peeli Mitti area. His friend Altaf remains hospitalised with serious injuries.

Police said the case was solved by a team from Welcome police station after investigators traced key clues and identified the attackers.
