New Delhi, July 3 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Wednesday directed the immediate operationalisation of 2,000 smart classrooms, the installation of modern science laboratories in all Government schools, urgent repairs of dilapidated school buildings, and prompt recruitment to fill vacant teaching posts for schools across the city. She also ordered improvements to the entry gates of Thyagaraj and Chhatrasal stadiums, underlining her Government's commitment to creating a comprehensive and modern educational environment for students in the capital.
