New Delhi, April 5 -- In a bid to reinforce transparency, accountability and a result-oriented administrative system, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Friday directed all Head of Departments (HODs) to finalise their action plans for the next 100 days, six months and nine months. At the meeting of all HoDs, the chief minister said these plans must be structured into detailed working charts, with consistent progress reports submitted to the Chief Secretary for review.
