India, Dec. 5 -- Reaffirming the Delhi Government's commitment to eliminate hepatitis, Health Secretary Nikhil Kumar on Thursday said that creating a hepatitis-free generation requires sustained public health action, early education and strong community participation. He was speaking at the 28th Hepatitis Day observance held at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS), Vasant Kunj, according to a statement.
The event was organised by ILBS in collaboration with the Directorate of Family Welfare, Government of NCT of Delhi, under the theme "Together, for a Hepatitis-Free Generation".
