India, Nov. 20 -- Delhi Development Authority (DDA) Towering Heights, the newly launched premium housing project under phase I of East Delhi Hub at Karkardooma, has received encouraging response with the number of registrations surpassing the number of flats offered under the scheme, it said on Wednesday.

Around 1,500 bidders have already registered for the e-auction, surpassing the number of available flats, reaffirming the robust demand for DDA-built, high-quality urban housing in the Capital.

This is the first project under Delhi's first Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Project.
