NEW DELHI, Dec. 12 -- The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Wednesday approved the key policies, including changing the land use of 36.6 hectares at District Centre (Narela) from commercial to 'public and semi-public' (PSP), adoption of parks and survey of Delhi for Master Plan - 2041 with IIT-Rorkee and modifications in 'Unified Building Bye Laws, 2016' to accommodate child care room and electric vehicle charging point.
