India, Nov. 6 -- The Delhi Development Authority (DDA), in its meeting chaired by Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena on Wednesday, took important decisions including change of land use for the development of land pooling areas, redevelopment of aging staff quarters at Safdarjung Development Area and Old Rajinder Nagar.

It also decided to change of land use for the development of the Multi-Sports Integrated Stadium in Narela and developing Narela as an education hub.

Besides, Authority has also approved DDA Housing Scheme in Karkardooma, the highest residential project under Delhi's first TOD project and extension of enhanced FAR Policy for planned Commercial Centres for one year.
