Jamshedpur, April 23 -- Meena Bagli, former principal of DBMS Kadma High School, passed away on Monday at the age of 64. She had been battling breast cancer and bone marrow disease and was undergoing treatment at Tata Main Hospital.
Her last rites were performed on Tuesday at the Parvati Burning Ghat in Bistupur.
Her husband, Framroz Bagli, who resides at Circuit House, shared that the rituals are being observed at home as per Parsi traditions. Relatives from Mumbai and other locations have begun arriving, and an Uthala and prayer meeting will be conducted in line with Punjabi Arya Samaj customs.
