New Delhi/Raipur, April 25 -- In one of the biggest operations, more than 10,000 security personnel apart from back up units are engaged in firefight with naxals in jungles of Chattisgarh bordering Telangana and three female naxals have, so far, died. Security teams from both the states besides Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF)are engaged in the ongoing action.

It is the biggest offensive launched this year to neutralise most-wanted Maoist Hidma, officials said Thursday.
