Ranchi, April 19 -- Chatakpur market under Ratu police station area of the State Capital witnessed chaos on Friday afternoon when two bike-borne criminals shot Basant Kumar, owner of Akash Jewelers.
This sensational incident was carried out in broad daylight in the middle of the market, due to which there is an atmosphere of panic in the area. According to eyewitnesses, two youths arrived near the shop on a bike and without any hassle opened fire on Basant. The bullet hit him directly in his left shoulder.
