NEW DELHI, Oct. 24 -- The Police Control Room (PCR) unit of Delhi Police has arrested a 48 year-old notorious criminal involved in more than 24 cases of attempt to murder, dacoity, arms act, snatching, theft, Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) act and pick pocketing registered across the national Capital.
The accused has been identified as Ratan, a resident of Delhi's Jahangirpuri area. According to Sharat Sinha, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) PCR, on Tuesday around 9.45 pm a PCR call was received in which the caller stated that a man who had taken out his mobile phone from the pocket is walking in front of him along with four other men.
