Dehradun, July 15 -- The infection of the novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) in Uttarakhand is continuing to increase at a fast pace. On Tuesday the state health department reported 78 new cases of the disease which increased the count of the Covid-19 in the state to 3686. The health department reported the death of one patient on Tuesday which increased the death toll to 50 in the state.
On the day 11 patients of the disease were discharged from different hospitals of the state. A total of 2867 patients have so far recovered from the disease which puts the recovery rate to 77.78 per cent in the state.The authorities reported the death of a 37 year old female patient at Susheela Tiwari government Hospital, Haldwani, Nainital on the day.
