India, Oct. 13 -- The shoe scandal in Supreme Court has disturbed a DISTURBED country more. While the act of attempt of throwing shoe at the Chief Justice of India BR Gavai is unequivocally condemnable and criminal contempt of court, something is amiss in this debate. We are just discussing and debating one part of the problem. The other part of the problem is extra-judicial speech - a trend which has been on rise amongst judiciary for quite some time now.
