Mumbai, April 9 -- A Mumbai Magistrate court has re-issued a bailable warrant to Bollywood actress Malaika Arora in the 2012 hotel brawl case involving actor Saif Ali Khan and two others, after she skipped summons to depose before the court as a witness in the case.
In a development that came on Monday after she failed to appear before the court on March 15 in response to the summons issued to her and her sister Amrita Arora Ladakh, Chief Judicial Magistrate K S Zanwar re-issued the bailable warrant of Rs 5,000 to Malaika, and sought a warrant report to be submitted by April 29. Her sister Amrita had deposed as a witness on March 29.
