BHUBANESWAR, March 16 -- In order to carry out effective Information, Education & Communication (IEC) activities relating to coronavirus, the State Government has appointed Odisha Skill Development Authority Chairperson Subroto Bagchi as chief of the IEC team constituted to undertake various programmes to spread awareness for containing the deadly virus.
Bagchi has also been appointed the Government's Chief Spokesperson on COVID-19 and he would guide the team in the official Press briefings, a release from the Chief Minister's Office said.
