Kolkata, April 4 -- Even as Cooch Behar in North Bengal braced up for two back-to-back rallies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, another political stalwart from the State Adhir Chowdhury, the Pradesh Congress president, said the Left-Congress was fast coming up as a "third force" in Bengal "offering the people with a third option."
