India, Nov. 26 -- The newly elected Bihar Government on Tuesday held its first Cabinet meeting. At the meeting, the Cabinet approved a strategy to provide employment and Government jobs to one crore youth over the next five years and further decided to continue the Jeevika Didi scheme, which was instrumental in the resounding victory of NDA Government in the State.

It was also decided that the Government with the help of experts, will also prepare a detailed action plan to transform Bihar into a global back-end hub and a global workplace. Besides these, approval was given to 10 agenda items to implement the promises made in its NDA's election manifesto for the Bihar assembly polls this month.
