NEW DELHI, March 1 -- With Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu taking responsibility for Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi's defeat in the Rajya Sabha polls, Priyanka Gandhi, a member of Congress' first family, once again proved to be the saviour for the party in preserving the Government in the state.
