Lucknow, May 15 -- Plagued with infighting between two groups, preferring the newcomers over loyalists and with two power centres operating from the high command, Congress, the oldest political outfit in the country seems to have missed the opportunity to capitalise and revive the party after their success in the last Parliament elections.
