Ranchi, May 5 -- BJP State President and Leader of Opposition Babulal Marandi today took a dig at Save Constitution Rally organized by the Congress Party. Marandi addressing a press conference at the State Office today said that the attacks made by the Congress Party on the dignity of the Constitution and democracy are recorded as black pages in the history of the country.
He said that the Congress changed the basic spirit of the Constitution for power and made every possible effort to kill democracy.
