CHANDIGARH, April 25 -- The Congress and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), the two main constituent partners of the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA) on Wednesday chalked out a joint strategy for the Chandigarh parliamentary constituency. The meeting was attended by the INDIA Bloc candidate Manish Tewari, AAP in-charge for Chandigarh and Delhi MLA Jarnail Singh, Chandigarh Congress president HS Lucky, Chandigarh AAP president Sunny Ahluwalia, Mohali MLA Kulwant Singh, Chandigarh Mayor Kuldeep Kumar, AAP leader Chandermukhi Sharma, the councilors of the Congress and AAP and all those who had contested the elections.
