Ranchi, May 5 -- The Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee has put in all its efforts to make the Save Constitution Rally, to be held on May 6 in Ranchi, historic and full of people. The committees formed under the leadership of the party's State Chief Keshav Mahato Kamlesh are busy preparing day and night.
