Indore, April 28 -- In Indore district, where approximately 250 private CBSE schools educate thousands of students, concerns are mounting regarding the safety of the kitchens used to prepare meals for students. Many of these large schools serve lunch to groups of up to 8,000 children, relying heavily on gas cylinders for cooking. However, despite the widespread use of these cylinders, the Indore District Administration's Food Department has not conducted inspections of the kitchens in these schools.
