India, Oct. 28 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Monday said '1,000 crores were approved for development projects in the rural parts of the Capital after inaugurating the newly named Maharshi Durbalnath Dham Centre in Mangolpuri constituency. She also unveiled the statue of Maharaja Agrasen.

She said no shortage of resources would be allowed for the development of the Mangolpuri area adding the aim of her Government was not merely to administer governance but to ensure holistic development and upliftment of every section of society.

As regards the inauguration, Rakha Gupta said that while Sant Durbalnath spread the message of unity and humanity, Maharaja Agrasen dedicated his life to service and social harmony.
