New Delhi, June 4 -- Ahead of World Environment Day, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta unveiled a comprehensive anti-pollution action plan titled 'Shuddh Hawa Sabka Adhikar - Pradushan Par Zordar Prahar', (Clean Air is Everyone's Right - A Strong Strike on Pollution), outlining a roadmap to tackle air pollution in the national Capital through green initiatives, electric mobility expansion, traffic reforms and scientific innovation.
The Air Pollution Mitigation Plan 2025 includes steps like adding 2,300 electric autos at metro stations, setting up mist sprayers at 13 pollution hotspots, regular checks of pollution control centres and even testing cloud seeding for artificial rain.
