RAIPUR, Feb. 25 -- Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Bagel will inaugurate here on March 5 the Road Safety World Series Cricket Tournament which will bring together players from six countries and which seeks to create public awareness about road safety.
The contest will be played at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium at Nava Raipur from March 5 to March 21. A total of 15 matches will be organized.
Transport Minister Mohammad Akbar reviewed the preparations for the tournament. He told officials to ensure that all necessary preparations are readied ahead of March 5.
