Chandigarh, July 3 -- Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, while reviewing the State's preparedness for the ongoing Monsoon season on Wednesday, directed all Deputy Commissioners to ensure implementation of effective drainage systems to prevent waterlogging in rural and urban Areas.
He said all drains are thoroughly cleaned and effective drainage systems will be implemented to prevent waterlogging in both rural and urban areas across the state. He also directed to ensure that adequate pumps are installed and operational for efficient rainwater drainage.
