Bhopal, April 23 -- Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has emphasised that medical tourism is an emerging sector and holds immense potential in Madhya Pradesh.

He directed that, along with the Health Department, the AYUSH Department should also play an active role in promoting this sector. Speaking at a review meeting of the AYUSH Department held at the Mantralaya, Yadav said that wellness centers should be established near tourist, religious, and spiritual destinations across the state. These centers can provide visitors with access to natural therapies and Panchakarma treatments offered by the AYUSH Department.
