India, Jan. 30 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Thursday outlined a multi-pronged roadmap to strengthen women's safety, economic empowerment, and leadership.

She announced fast-track courts, large-scale installation of surveillance cameras, and smart lighting as key measures to make the capital safer for women.

The Chief Minister addressed the inaugural session of 'Shakti Samvad: A Two-Day Capacity Building and Training Programme' organised by the National Commission for Women (NCW) at Bharat Mandapam. The Chief Minister said the focus has shifted from women's empowerment to women-led governance.
