India, Nov. 20 -- To combat the rising pollution levels and growing filth in the city, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, along with her entire cabinet, has taken direct charge of the ongoing cleanliness and anti-pollution campaign by leading efforts on the ground. The Chief Minister asserted that "Meri Dilli - Meri Zimmedari" is not merely a slogan but the core working principle of the Delhi Government.
