Today, I have also got the opportunity to join the Shiv Baraat here. Here we are standing with a group which includes animals along with humans. This is not just a Shiv Baraat. The gathering of such a large number of people in such a festival shows that there is no power above it and somewhere the world is running due to this," said Chief Minister Hemant Soren said while addressing the Shiv Baraat Mahotsav organized at KNN Stadium in Baba Nagari Deoghar on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri on Wednesday.
