India, Feb. 6 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Thursday outlined an ambitious vision to position the national Capital as a global hub for trade and industry. She stressed responsible and sustainable growth at the 12th International Plastindia 2026 exhibition at Bharat Mandapam.

Addressing industry leaders and entrepreneurs, she said plastic must be transformed "from a problem into a solution" through innovation, recycling and a circular economy approach.
