India, March 4 -- Jharkhand Chief Minister Champai Soren on Sunday gave gifts worth Rs 93 crore to Garhwa. Due to bad weather, there was a delay of four and a half hours in the CM's arrival. The Chief Minister of Jharkhand reached Garhwa by road at 4:30 pm.

Here first of all the CM inaugurated the newly constructed Collectorate building of Garhwa.

Champai Soren inaugurated as total 5 important schemes built at a cost of Rs 93 crore at district headquarters Garhwa on Sunday afternoon.
