Bhopal, March 29 -- Chief Minister Mohan Yadav directed action against 20 negligent officers and employees based on complaints received in Samadhan Online. Additionally, a contractor responsible for disruptions in the drinking water supply was penalized. The Chief Minister personally oversaw the resolution of long-pending cases registered in the CM Helpline during Samadhan Online on Friday.
Chief Secretary Mr. Anurag Jain, Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Rajesh Rajoura, and other senior officials were present. Dr. Yadav also addressed district collectors and officials via video conference, instructing them to ensure efficient water supply in both urban and rural areas.
