India, Sept. 16 -- With the objective of ensuring education and rehabilitation of children with disabilities, the Delhi Government will set up ten new resource centres benefiting more than 12,500 children. These centres will integrate medical, educational and counselling services under one roof, ensuring a holistic approach free of cost to children's diverse needs.
Announcing this novel initiative on Monday, Delhi Chief Minister said the centres will be inaugurated by Home Minister Amit Shah on September 17 marking the 75th birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The centres are set to be established in Badli, West Vihar, Vishwas Nagar, Mangolpuri, Naraina, Dwarka, Najafgarh, Chhatarpur, Madanpur Khadar and Pratap Nagar.
