Bhopal, March 17 -- After enduring scorching heat, Madhya Pradesh is set to experience much-needed relief as the Meteorological Department has issued a thunderstorm and lightning warning for isolated areas in the next 24 hours. Affected districts include Rewa, Mauganj, Satna, Panna, Damoh, Sagar, Chhatarpur, and Maihar.
The weather changed abruptly with total cloud cover in the State capital on Sunday, providing some respite from the intense heat. Although the day temperature remained close to 40degC on Saturday, Sunday saw partly cloudy skies, which made the conditions more pleasant.
