India, Oct. 30 -- A day after unsuccessful cloud seeding attempts in the national Capital, the trial scheduled for Wednesday was put on hold, after reports of insufficient moisture in clouds. Meanwhile, a political slugfest erupted between the ruling BJP and the AAP over the issue.
